CDA Testing

The biggest obstacle in generating bike speed is air resistance. Without a competitive CDA, our hard earned watts are wasted pushing too much wind.

CDA testing is used by the fastest in the sports of cycling and triathlon to remain the fastest in those sports. With our on bike live CDA measurement tool, the use of the standardized environment of the velodrome, backed by a PhD in statistics, we can produce precise data on how aerodynamic you are, and in the same session make changes to become more aerodynamic.

A CDA improvement from 0.24 to 0.20 at 280 watts represents an increase of speed from 41.6kph to 44kph. Over a 40km time trial that is a 3 minute difference. Over a 180km Ironman bike segment, a 15 minute difference.
